We offer a full range of real estate services on North Stradbroke Island, including permanent rentals, holiday rentals and sales and have set out below why we believe you should list with us: 

Permanent Rentals 

We have an experienced Property Manager who is dedicated to permanent rentals whose job it is to: 

Vet prospective tenants until a tenant is approved by both ourselves and our landlord 

Prepare all documentation including lodgment of bonds with the RTA 

Walk the tenant through the documentation to ensure that they understand their obligations and assist them with signing and setting up of utilities etc. 

Inspect all properties quarterly and email a written report to the owner along with photographs and with any recommendations for maintenance

Renewal of Leases 

Review rental rates regularly to ensure that our landlords remain competitive and are achieving the best yield possible.  

Holiday Rentals 

We have a team of people again who are dedicated to holiday rentals and are supervised by our Senior Property Manager, Richard Scott.  

We have a dedicated holiday rental website which links seamlessly with all major booking portals and portrays all of our properties in the best way possible 

We  have online securepay systems in place to ensure that guests are comfortable in making payments online. 

Our occupancy levels continue to build year on year and we continually strive to improve both our online systems and our inhouse systems to ensure that we deliver a great service both to our landlords and our guests.  

Sales 

Our Sales Manager, Chris Ransley, has been with the office since 2012 and is a fully qualified Real Estate Salesperson.  Chris constantly updates his knowledge by attending training at Ray White’s Corporate Offices and also attends all applicable Conferences to further his knowledge.  Chris has sold property in all three townships and has a vast knowledge of the real estate market on Straddie.  Chris is a trained negotiator and is constantly striving to achieve as much as possible for his vendors.
