We had a great stay. We felt at home straight away and are already looking at trying to book a longer trip next time.

House has a great view, just as it was advertised. Neat and tidy good size. Only thing i think needed changing was the back screen door but wasnt an issue for us. Nice house would stay again

A wonderful location surrounded by nature. We loved that all you could see from the deck was the ocean and tree tops

I had the most convenient stay I could with my plan to walk to the beach and the dog anytime, anywhere that was worth a stroll when I felt like it. The place is absolutely for ocean and nature lovers.

Such a great location- perfect for our family and two dogs. This house had all we needed and we will definitely be back.

Great location, close to everything, very clean and had everything we needed.

The property is ideally positioned & all things are in good working order. For the price paid in off season I would expect some salt & pepper, soap or body wash, shampoo/conditioner, bin bags, toilet paper to be supplied. We also had to refill the gas bottle that was not ideal but am easy enough process.

The house was just how it was described. Great location and the view was amazing. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. It was in walking distance to the beach. The driveway was very steep.

The perfect holiday home. We loved our stay and being able to watch whales from the beautiful deck was a highlight!

We had a lovely time at the Cocomo house. The top sellers for this house are:
View, affordability and location however the lack of wifi and optus reception was not a positive. It was great that the bathrooms have been upgraded and I would like to suggest an upgrade in the windows/doors to ensure security for guests Cocomo stay. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Thank you.

Very happy with accomodation clean & tidy . Just a steep driveway but all good .

Cocomo is an older house but in a great location. Very steep driveway which took a couple of times to master. Functional house but could do with a more modern refresh. No dryer so would not recommend for families with young kids with lots of washing. Great for dogs with enclosed backyard and deck. Easy walk to beach and the Stradbroke hotel. Overall a comfortable home that could do with a more modern touch-up internally.

We went over to Stradbroke for the Straddie Salute, and the house was in a perfect location. Wonderful ocean views. The house was clean, and the shower was lovely and hot.The driveway was very steep, and would recommend not driving your car up, unless absolutely necessary.

This property is in a great location close to the beach & Hotel which serves great meals.
We feel that the house need some TLC furniture ,sliding doors. Heater & clothes dryer is needed especially during winter & rainy days.
We don't think the pic is current as a lot of trees have grown up in front & does block some of the view. Ray White, the rental agency were very helpful.

We have stayed at this accommodation on may occasions and will be returning the same time next year if is a spectacular place to stay, very homely, great views, walking distant to the pet friendly beach and local hotel. We love Straddie overall, this is why we continue to visit this magnificent place each year.

Despite being a rainy weekend at Minjerribah, the house was cosy and comfortable and close to everything.

This is our 4th stay at Cocomo, we feel so at home there, it's so comfortable, the ocean views are excellent, it is in close vicinity to Home and Cylinders Beach and the hotel, we love the location, we are able to park and leave the car at our accommodation when we go to the beach and the hotel. Overall it's always been a pleasant stay. Looking forward to booking Cocomo again when the calendar becomes available.

Not impressed with pre arrival call suggesting we might not be able to book in at usual time due to busy changeover day. Cleaning needs to include under beds and under lounge. Otherwise great place, location and well equipped kitchen.

Love this place - 2nd visit now and will go again - great place to shut off and reboot - great view of the ocean and great vantage point to see whales - saw at least 20 breach for the week we stayed!

Fantastic views and had a great time. Although we did arrive when there was a winter cold snap it was FREEZING with not a single heater in sight of any kind. I called to try and get access to one and told there was nothing they could do. For the cold, the bedding/ blankets are too light and thin. But despite that we made the best of our time there, just a shame we were cold in the house.

This was our 2nd time staying in Cocomo. We had looked at other holiday rentals however none could beat it for location, price and pet friendliness (fenced in yard, gated deck).

Walking distance to the dog beach and restaurants, as well as easy access to the 4wd track it's the perfect stay for a small family with INCREDIBLE views.

The house has a nice view and is great for pets. This is the only house I have stayed in at Straddie and I've stayed there each year for 25 years or so that didn't have a dryer. That's OK if sunny however it rained the whole week would have been great to run the towels through a wash but dryer. Not good for a family...yes just a little thing but....also needs more wine glasses and crockery.

This property is very relaxed and spacious for its compact size; it is everything we wanted including screens and bedroom fans. Stunning view comes with a steep but manageable driveway. Bonus is watching the kangaroo highway hopping past the house in the late afternoon.

We love Cocomo, we stayed there around the same time in 2020. The property has a homely feel, it's comfortable, spacious, open plan and pet friendly. Our 12yo Maltese Shizhu loves the enclosed verandah and is able to venture outside to the back yard via the 3 small steps, (the yard is great for small dogs and is fully enclosed).

We loved staying at this very cool beach house with a relaxed, surfie vibe. It is very nicely decorated, clean & well stocked. Great deck with ocean views. House is open & light, well ventilated through big screened sliding doors & windows. Fans in every room. Lovely view from master bedroom too. No WiFi. Awesome location within very short walking distance to Home beach. We would love to stay at Cocomo again.

We loved staying at this awesome beach house. Excellent location within a 5 min walk to Home Beach & the Straddie Beach Hotel. Clean, well stocked 3 bedroom house has everything required. Really nicely decorated with a cool, “surfie” feel. Lovely big deck with ocean views. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, the large deck overlooking the ocean was lovely and cool. It was great to be able to take our dog with and there was enough fenced area for him to enjoy. The facilities in the house were good and the location to the beach was just right, a bit of a walk but not too far.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cocomo.

An easy relaxed beach house with great views and all mod cons, perfect for walking the dog on the beach, walking to beach yoga and walking back from the Pub.
