Beautiful house with spectacular views that suited our family of six perfectly. We'll definitely be back!

Worth staying for the view alone! The large, fully provisioned home and separate self contained studio apartment under the same roof are just the icing on the cake, for a large family holiday. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

We have been visiting this house for many years. Once we found it we haven’t looked further and that’s after staying in at least ten other houses. The view, and how well set up the house is especially in the kitchen makes it a very comfortable house to stay in. Loved that new furniture has replaced worn out pieces.
But a couple of negatives, which I hate to state, but such an easy fix to bring up to every area to be five stars!
Linen company - the towels are very small and extremely worn.
Duvet cover - master - was dirty - had to take it off the bed.
Fly screens - if screens were installed on louvre windows you could leave these open once it’s dark. We had to close every door and window or you would have a ceiling full of bugs and mosquitos.
As I said very easy fixes, for a house we love!!

Seriously this place is amazing. The view, the feel, the space. So relaxing and calming. Every day started with beautiful light and appreciation for the beauty of Straddie. Then ended with the wonderful sounds of Straddie. The nature was amazing (kookaburras joined us for breakfast and kangaroos welcomes us at the driveway not to mentioned the whales, dolphins we could see with ease and awe!) Accommodation was surely 5 star! Pure comfort and chilled vibes. It gave many opportunities to appreciate all around in wonderful luxury.

We stayed here during our wedding on the Island, and it did not disappoint. This house has the most incredible views and is super modern and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional. The bedrooms are great and we loved how the 3rd bedroom is a seperate granny flat. Some of the decor/furniture is a bit outdated but most Straddie places are. Balcony is amazing for a BBQ/sunset drinks. Definitely recommend the Allure House to anyone!

Exceptional house with jaw dropping views

Stunning house with the best views at Point Lookout. The house is really well equipped with all the kitchen stuff you want. Would definitely come back.

This was our second time in this beautiful house. Plenty of space to relax. Great views of the ocean. High end finishing except the beds are all very small for a couple to share Despite this we would return.

The house was exactly as described and had absolute breath taking views from nearly every room. Close to everything, I would definitely recommend!

This is an amazing house with the best views and architectural features on the Island. We have stayed at this property many times over the last 10 years. Unfortunately, things are not what they used to be. The owners have introduced new couches and a new outdoor set which are marvelous additions. The beds are super comfy and a great improvement over the previous ones and the sheets were crisp and clean. However, the cleanliness of the property has significantly declined. Amazing views if you can actually see through the filthy windows, cobwebs all over the house and the dirt and grime in the window sills was disgusting. These are all easy fixes and is really an indictment on the management of the property rather than the property itself which we still love. Sad to see t he quality slipping so badly.

It has a view to die for, but the overall condition was disappointing. Cobwebs and Cockroaches made it a 3* not 5* Certainly not worth $550 a night in its current state. Needs a major clean,

Great views, very good standard of all furnishings and fittings throughout the house.

We loved our time here. The views are exceptional and can be enjoyed from so many areas of the house. It was amazing to sit at the dining table, in the lounge area, on the deck or even in the bath and take in the sights. Whether it was whales breaching, surfers, dog walkers or other beachgoers, it was a million-dollar outlook. This was a spot worthy of my milestone birthday and we would love to return. It's so great when expectations are exceeded. The home felt really private and relaxed and it had a spacious layout. My teenage son especially liked his own little self-contained area downstairs. Ray White were great to deal with from my initial enquiry to a slight date change and during our stay as well. Thank you!

This house is stunning. Everything was perfect. Very clean and stylish. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the house it was so comfortable with amazing views of the ocean and we saw dolphins whales and kangaroos from the spacious decking with comfortable seating for everyone. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing, relaxing, such beautiful and special accommodation - so much space, with balconies, views everywhere you look. Just what one needed when needing to retreat from the 'world' and just 'be'. The joy of sinking into a bath to relax the muscles whilst enjoying a view to die for. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend time, it was an absolute joy, amazing kitchen upstairs and great to have a whole beautiful separate kitchen downstairs! This stay was the best tonic ever!!

Allure is such a lovely holiday house. We have stayed before and have never been disappointed. The owners have generously equipped the house with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. The best thing about this house is amazing view of the ocean. 10/10

Beautiful property with easy check in and out processes. Don’t even need to leave the house to catch the sunrise as it’s in full view from every room in the house. Will definitely stay again.

This home is fabulous. Very clean. Well furnished. STUNNING VIEWS from every room in the place. The only issue was that the home lacks doors on the master bedroom and bathroom. Shutters and curtains were used to close these spaces off instead of proper doors and walls, which meant there was no sound proofing between the master suite and the adjacent living space. There was also no door to the bedroom downstairs. Still, the amazing views made up for the lack of privacy. Overall, it was a great stay.

The property is in a great location (Point Lookout) and has views to die for from all rooms. It is not too far from shops and attractions (e.g. beach), however the walk back up the hill could be a challenge. We were all very happy with the property. Only suggestions we can offer to make the stay even better for anyone: 1) add an aircon and ceiling fans to the dinning/living/kitchen open space in the top floor; 2) improve privacy on the main bedroom in the top level (wall does not go to the ceiling, anyone in the dining room can hear anything from the main bedroom); 3) add curtains to the dining/living/kitchen open space in the top floor; 4) nightstands and lamps in bedrooms would be very beneficial as well. We have stayed at Allure on numerous occasions! We just can’t get enough of this amazing property. The most magnificent views of the ocean, the best on the island I’m sure. So spacious, functional, clean, bright with all the amenities. The three separate bedrooms and bathrooms really suits our family. The location is perfect. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved it. This property is loved and looked after by its owners. Everything is there, the kitchen well equipped, we had a sensational holiday in this property. It is - as far as we can say after many visits to the island - the best property we stayed at by far. Superb.

What a wonderful house for a relaxing weeks holiday

Everything about Allure was quality. Loved the coffee machine, the pots, the lights, the fittings and of course the view.

The attention to detail was amazing! Not a thing was forgotten and everything you could possibly need was provided. The views are as perfect as the pictures show and the wildlife encounters have become precious family memories. Close to everything but with absolute privacy. Just perfect! The one minor thing we did have a question about was attended to immediately. We can't wait to return.
