Fabulous location and amenities

Our unit was clean and well appointed. The vista from both the upper and lower level had amazing ocean views. The kitchen had a great range of crockery, cutlery and glassware and updated appliances which had not been included in past rentals through Ray White. We throughly enjoyed our time at this rental.

What an amazing place.
The views from our balconies were incredible from checking the surf to seeing the sunset and watching whales.
Everything we needed was at hand for cooking, relaxing and having a swim in the pool.
Highly recommend this place 5 minutes to the best surfing and swimming beaches, coffee and good shops.
One day we shall return.

This is a delightful property with an outlook from the balcony that is quite amazing. To be able to watch whales passing on their way south to Antarctica with their calves gave it a unique feel. First impressions are important and alongside the good there were shortcomings. Curtains did not fit and had been poorly hung in the bedrooms. Downlighters in the living area needed replacing. The cooker hood/fan didn’t work and our cooking activated the smoke alarm. More complete instructions for guests would have helped.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described, well positioned. Great ocean views, would love to return again

The apartment is nice and as expected and advertised. Overall it was a good stay however would of been better if the pool was open.

The townhouse was in a great location and the views were superb. Saw lots of whales from the balcony. The house is nicely set up as well and had all the things we needed and more.

Lookout unit 2 presented as very clean and well appointed. The view from the deck was amazing and we spotted whales frequently. A car is necessary to access the beach and shops, Gorge walk etc as the unit is high on a steep hill but then you get the views as a bonus. We enjoyed the Gorge walk and Cylinder beach. Special mention to the Gelato bar opposite The Gorge Walk Point Lookout, the Barn Cafe and CJs coffee at Dunwich and Dunwich Golf club for lunch. It would be helpful for the technologically challenged like us to have instructions for operating the TV and the lounge is better for reclining than sitting but this is a minor matter. We highly recommend this unit.

The view is amazing. We saw so many whales breaching which was a experience in itself. The only small downside is that it is a distance from the beach but it is a very small price to pay for excellent views.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Not to mention the 180 degree view of point lookout and Morton. It’s simply the best most magical island and these apartments are just a great addition to your stay on the island. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay, we come over 2-3 times a year if we can and will always stay at the lookout. If I could give it infinite stars, I would. Great job guys! Absolutely beautiful stay. Cannot fault any of these units. They have the most magical views and the best energy. I literally had a tear in my eye when the day it came to check out. Forget Harvey bay for whale watching, Straddie is the spot.

Had a bountiful view of the beach side, the place was tidy, and the rooms were quite comfortable, though the blankets and bed sheets didn't look too great. But overall we had pretty good time during our stay.

Great views, probably the best in Point Lookout. Spacious and comfortable (except for the lounge seats). Well equipped but 3 toilets and not one square of toilet paper on arrival - never experienced that before in a holiday rental in over 50 years. Fortunately we packed plenty of our own. Unless you are super fit a car is needed to get around as it’s a steep walk up the hill.

Great location with breathtaking views.
Furniture looks tired, only 2 half’s of toilet paper was supplied for the week and no extra bin liners were supplied. We had to purchase these at a high cost down the local. The underneath patio was not clean and extremely filthy with bird poo all over the tiles.

A beautiful apartment located perfectly up on the hill with views that will blow you away. A very comfortable and quiet location, close enough to everything you need, but far away enough that you feel privacy.

This apartment is very comfortable with all the required amenities. It has a very homely feel with the most breathtaking views. We are looking forward to our next stay

What a great location, what a beautiful apartment. Swimming pool divine. Kitchen well equipped with high end appliances. Bed very comfortable, could not say the same about the rest of the seating. Downstairs bedroom glass doors unwashed and patio unswept. Rest of the apartment very clean. Lovely balcony, but it was too windy to sit outside unfortunately. Very peaceful and private. Well designed to protect privacy.

This apartment is spacious and clean and has an amazing view. It’s a a great location, close to beach and shops. Even though there wasn’t any air conditioning it wasn’t needed as there was always a nice breeze that kept the place cool.
