* If Wifi is offered it s a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

Beautiful house was really amazing. Bathrooms were beautiful. Great water views, nice deck for the whole family, plenty of seating. Was really well stocked with utensils and things you might need on a long stay (washing machine, dryer etc) great location, can walk to the pub and the beach. Did see a couple of cockroaches and only 1 room has a ceiling fan, so on the hot days/nights the other rooms can be steamy but pedestal fans are provided. Really can’t complain, the house was perfect

Sundowners is the perfect Straddie oasis. Very comfortably sleeps 6, plush beds, freshly painted and soft new carpet with a beautiful bedroom sea breeze, gorgeous brand new bathrooms and a kitchen better equipped with appliances and utensils than your own home. The living areas are large with plenty of room for everyone and the balcony is the perfect way to start the day with a coffee and end your day with a cold beverage as you watch the ocean and wildlife. The beach is a 2minute walk to the dog friendly beach, the pub a 4minute walk and a 10minute walk to the grocery store, patrolled beaches and gelato shop for ice cream o’clock. The biggest issue with Sundowners is leaving- I recommend doubling the booking duration as you will not want to leave. Sundowners- we will be back soon.

We so loved our stay at Sundowner. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children with enough living space to easily entertain our extended family when needed. Also close walking distance to Home beach and the pub. We also loved the proximity to the bush walks connecting us to Main, Cylinder etc. The house was extremely well equipped for group entertaining as well as accommodating large group with separate areas if required. Love the renovated bathrooms. My only incidental gripes are due to the lack of door on the ensuite bathroom and the lack of ceiling fans in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. No big deal really, but the need for additional fans in summer is fairly significant. But overall, we really loved this house and have rebooked for next Xmas.
