The entrance level boasts master bedroom, ensuite, separate toilet, kitchen, living/lounge area and opening onto the NE facing deck which has spectacular beach, ocean and bush views. Downstairs has a second lounge area with large TV, 2 bedrooms, laundry and large bathroom.

Features: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 Singles, u/cover car parking at entry (small car only), Terracotta tiles throughout, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine (bring your own pods), gas cooktop, two bathrooms (one with bath), three toilets, washing machine, 2 TV's, DVD player, ceiling fans, bbq on deck. Unlimited WIFI (fair usage policy applies) are all included

The house was bigger than we thought - the view and sound of the ocean was lovely!

The photos on the website are grossly misleading. There are no longer views on the lower level and views are limited on the top level.
Million dollar views are now being blocked by cheap commercial hedges and fruit trees on the front. I stayed at this place many years ago and they’ve really let down holiday makers by not pruning the trees.
Entire views of Moreton island are now being blocked.
Ray White needs to show updated pictures of the views because the current pics are misleading.
I stayed at Oceanside next door for over a decade and the views are so much better, despite being lower than pipi palace.
I left very disappointed.
Change the photos on your website or get the owners to get some pruning done.
All decks were also filthy and look they haven’t been cleaned in years.

This home requires some maintenance. The garden is overgrown, blinds in some bedrooms are broken and generally the house could do with a thorough clean.

Great house on the surface however when you look around it needs some TLC. Views were great however the trees & shrubs are getting a bit large & starting to block a lot of views. House was not clean at all on arrival. Dirt on floors, toenail clippings in lounge room, draw was partly broken, Bar fridge worked reluctantly TOOK a full day to cool down. Front garden was a mess, garage area looked like it had not been swept for several months. Pretty disappointing as this is a beautiful house & suited our requirements perfectly

We had a lovely time at Pipi Palace. The house felt warm and inviting, all of the essentials were provided, the layout suited our needs and the view out over Home Beach was a highlight.
