About
This spectacular beach house sits high on the ridge of Tramican Street and has, in our opinion, one of the best views at Point Lookout. There are 180 degree views overlooking Moreton Island, Home Beach and Cylinder Beaches.
There is a single car garage at street level and additional off street parking. The top level consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area opening onto a large entertainer's deck, obviously with amazing views. The kitchen is large and has a servery to the deck. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with a small step down to a sunken lounge. The master bedroom, walk through robe and ensuite are also on this level as is a guest bathroom. The living area also boasts a wood burning fireplace (please byo firewood).
The downstairs area consists of a second large living area with all facilities and opening onto another large covered deck. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom off this living area and a huge laundry room. There is a fourth bedroom accessed via the downstairs deck - probably not suitable for a small child but perfect for a teenager or older.

* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Best 5 days I’ve spent on Straddie, the house was so comfortable particularly the master bedroom, and the whale watching from the deck was amazing. Only downside was cleanliness particularly BBQ and the oven and mould on shutters. A minor issue but easily rectified.

This house is lovely and big and central to everything. I enjoyed our week stay here. There was enough room for all 8 of us plus our 2 dogs, plenty of beds, lounges utensils etc. The view is fantastic. We had 2 kookaburras come twice a day to say hello, and a couple of kangaroos visit occasionally. I recommend this house.

Gorgeous spot with an amazing view. Some of the facilities are a bit tired but the owners are progressively updating. The deck wasn’t suitable for toddlers or active little kids, but great for our older children who wanted Insta worthy photos and space for friends. (Owners are aware of issues and they may be fixed by the next time it’s available for rental).
