Welcome to Unit 9, located in the prestigious Pratt Court, where breathtaking views await you at every turn. Known for its stunning vistas, The Lookout Units offer an unforgettable experience, and this particular unit is no exception. With 3 cozy bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, Unit 9 can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone.
Upon entering the unit, you'll be greeted by a charming space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities. On this level, you'll also find one of the inviting bedrooms and a convenient bathroom. As you step into the living area, you'll be captivated by the balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool and offers mesmerizing views of the ocean beyond. This is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the beauty of your surroundings.
Venturing downstairs, you'll discover a bedroom adorned with three comfortable single beds and an ensuite bathroom. From here, you can step outside onto the balcony, which leads to another beautifully appointed bedroom, complete with its own ensuite. Privacy and tranquility abound in these lower-level retreats.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting all the essentials and appliances you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, this kitchen has you covered. For your convenience, a front-load washing machine and dryer are also provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
Rest assured that your vehicle will be well taken care of, as Unit 9 offers its own undercover car park, providing convenient parking for you and your guests. Additionally, visitor parking is available for any additional vehicles.
Car Parking for this unit is located on the driveway level, then the unit is accessible via stairs towards the pool area.

Absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had a few showers of rain and it only added to our lovely weekend. Beds were very comfortable, amenities were clean, and position was FANTASTIC! The property has kitchen, lounge, deck and one bedroom upstairs with ensuite (this is the entry level). Downstairs: 3 single beds with an ensuite, and then a separate room on the same level with a king bed and ensuite. This level can also be accessed from outside so you don't need to go up and down the internal stairs so much with your luggage. Downstairs easily suits a family of five leaving upstairs for another couple. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 8 night stay here in August. We had excellent weather, which always helps. The apartment was well stocked and maintained. Worth noting for families, the third bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom downstairs and it is completely external to the apartment, so wouldn’t be suitable for small children. None of the windows had fly screens, which was fine for us at night in August shutting the doors and windows, but in the middle of summer you would need to choose between breeze or mozzies.
We saw so many whales and dolphins from the balcony and even while laying in bed. They were so close to shore, it was amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay, and we got a great rate. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great 4 nights in this well appointed and very comfy townhouse. We didn’t need to bring anything except food and I was amazed at how well it was stocked with crockery, cutlery and standard provisions like oil, salt and pepper and even coffee pods. There are 3 deck areas which provide plenty of space for relaxing. Note that one downstairs bedroom is accessed via another so would suit a family. We would definitely like to stay there again. Check in was easy and the key was left in a safe box with pin.

We had a wonderful week at Lookout apartments. Very comfortable, and clean. Everything we needed was there. Only one thing was it was a big walk to the beach, very steep hill. But in saying that the position made the views spectacular.
The Gorge walk is a must so beautiful, saw dolphins and turtles in the water.

My daughter and I loved our mini getaway in the Lookout Units. Wonderful views, apartment was clean and well catered for with kitchen equipment, games, etc. Lovely pool and quiet overall.
Also great service from Ray White advising us in advance of a later check-in due to a late departing guest which we were happy to accommodate.
Wonderful time of the year to sit back and enjoy watching the whales offshore. Unit was perfect size for a family get away with all the facilities we needed.
