Fantastic place within easy walking distance of all local amenity. Comfy beds, nice linen and spotless bathroom. But the piece de resistance are the snuggle chairs. Just bliss.

Very would have been perfect but for limited mobile phone signal and lack of internet.

Great little place, modern and nice furniture. New appliances, in great condition. Big kitchen. The BEST location. Undercover carpark is a bonus in storm season. Outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Air con in bedroom will reach the living area on high if the bedroom louvres are open. Very comfy lounge chairs + Netflix made me nap instantly every time I sat down. No BBQ - but the oven, stove and microwave are in good order. Dishwasher and washing machine were really useful.

Absolutely loved this one bedroomed apartment. The only thing that might have made it better would be a small BBQ for outdoor. Everything was in tip top condition

Lovely quiet and spotless property. Easy walk to Foodworks and main road bus stop etc. Very comfortable stay.

Pleasently Quiet location

This apartment is very well set up, clean & comfortable & easy to walk to the Foodworks & the hotel. The lady at Ray White’s was friendly & professional, happy to help out with questions about the area. The apartment is situated in a quiet side street, although the curlews provided some interesting background noise. The bedroom was airconditioned but the living area was still very cool thanks to some very effective ceiling fans. Would stay here again.

Our first time coming to Straddie has been relaxing, enjoyable as well as memorable. Lots of Beach walks in between showers and winds. The beaches here would have to be a huge draw card as they are not only beautiful but the surf is great.Tavern had great food and a view to die for.Fish and chips from Fins and Fries was also delicious. Thank you Straddie

Close to the shops and good location. We just didn’t realise that next door was very noisy during the day due to forklift operating. It didn’t bother us so much as we were out most of the day. The remote to the aircon wasn’t working properly but managed to get it running. These are minor things, we can’t say it was bad, we had a good stay!

Great modern stay.

Last minute decision to spend a few days on North Stradbroke. Rang Tuesday morning, booked to arrive that day for 3 nights. Property was magnificent. Absolutely everything we needed for a short break but please add the coffee machine to the list so future guests can be prepared. Hadn't been to the island for 22 years and it surprised us with minimal change - won't be that long for our next stay. Gorgeous scenery and beaches. Within walking distance to the Stradbroke Hotel and Bowls club where we dined. Highly recommend this property to a couple looking for a break from reality. We certainly spent our days day dreaming.

The unit was exactly what I wanted! Rae took care of my booking that I left to the last minute and was so friendly! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Day Dreaming provided us the ideal location to enjoy our Stradbroke Island stay. Positioned a comfortable walk to either Point Lookout or Cylinder Beach we felt spoilt for scenic strolls. The local Foodstore was also conveniently located only a few blocks away. The apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed. The position is both quiet and private ensuring we felt relaxed throughout our holiday. We look forward to a return visit.

We loved our stay at daydreaming and would definitely stay here again. Newly renovated unit with everything you need, perfect for a couple. We stayed the full week and were comfortable during a couple days of storms when we couldn’t get out to do much. We will be back!Date of arrival - 12 December 2020
