Casa Billa

We have been coming to the house every year for around the past 15 years and have loved the location and the house. Next year we will need to move to a new location as the owners are coming to live there. The staff at Ray White have always been very helpful and we hope to continue to rent our annual Straddie holiday through them.

Our family loved the house and the location. Close to Cyclinder Beach and short walk to the Point Lookout Hotel. Ray White at North Stradbroke were very professional to deal with.

Casa Billa is a great family home. large and spacious, love the deck and fireplace.

Hard to know if we'd stay here again. The plus sides are location, the view, internal spaces which work well for children downstairs and adults up, are all fantastic. The minus sides though are big, such as the beds, which are very uncomfortable, very old mattresses with toppers on top. All the pillows were the same and uncomfortable. The cleaning was shabby, the windows so dirty, lots of things in the kitchen were dirty including an old plunger full of mouldy coffee, and lots of maintenance could be done on the place. But...the location, the view and the space is fantastic. I don't think I would stay there again unless they purchased new beds, a week of poor sleeps is no fun on holidays. I really don't rate owners who skimp on the beds, since that's the main use of the premises, and this house wasn't cheap. But Straddy, oh we love Straddy, and there are plenty of other rental options.

Great house in a great location, would definitely stay here again! The place looked like the photos, matched the description, we received clear check-in instructions and it was easy to find.

Amazing Location, perfect upstairs patio with ocean views for sunset and out door dining. Lots of space and garden around and Great lawn for kids. Very homely and spacious villa. It’s perfect having a seperate but connected downstairs. The fire for the winter was epic. Been just a short walk to best beaches, Pub, coffee shops and playground was especially convenient. This villa exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect home for hosting families while been spacious at the same time.

A lovely well equipped house in a great location. House was very clean. It was perfect for our families with small children, they loved the tree on the deck and there was plenty of space to run and play. The beach was close by and within walking distance.

There were a few cockroaches due to the surrounding trees I expect, a bit of an issue when you open the dishwasher and they are running over the clean dishes.

The process was seamless. The house needs a bit of maintenance, a railing gave way on the deck when my husband and I were casualty leaning on it. Luckily no one was hurt. I must say, the team at ray white responded immediately and sent out a tradesperson to repair the railing.

I would recommend a regular pest maintenance program. There were quite a few cockroaches.

Overall, the house size, location and view are great. Just a little maintenance on the deck and pest control would be advised.

Love this navy blue and White House! So close to Pub and Cylinder, Sun on the deck,attractive furniture....worked well with our team of 6 adults and 5 tiny children. Very safe for children and bird life so present as was wallabies in the garden and a koala across the road. Very comfortable clean house.

As always our stay was lovely, and enjoyed every day in this very comfortable and well located house.
The only thing i would suggest is to cut the branch on the deck that rises above the roof. Pretty silly that one needs to duck ones head and gum-nut build up fills the gutter completely - also tough when one stands on them sitting on the deck.

What a wonderful house. Everything we needed! So close to the beach, amazing views,sunsets, garden, and we loved the fireplace. Kitchen is so well equipped, and thanks for the games too!

We love returning to Casa Billa each year. The location is perfect, the view from the deck is fantastic and the house is big enough for lots of family and friends to come and go.

The location of the house is good, close to many famous attractions.
The house overall is good, but really need to do a pest control.

Having stayed at Casa Billa in the past, the house is always presented in an immaculate manner and in my opinion one of the best properties as a vacation rental on Stradbroke Is. Walking distance to beach, shops, Gorge Walk (20 mins each way + the Gorge walk itself) and of course the pub in close proximity is always good.

We have just returned from 3 nights in Paradise.. Discovering this gorgeous home was such a bonus. It has a delightful Beach House feel with the most awesome views of the ocean, beach and bushland. The open deck provided the perfect area to eat, drink and socialise while looking over sparkling ocean views and amazing sunsets.The photos give you insight but being their and seeing it all come to life was amazing. Its an easy walk to the beach and the Tavern. We enjoyed Pizza food van on Saturday night - just a 2 minute walk. Discovering Nth Stradbroke has been the greatest surprise to my family and one I can not wait to explore again. Thank you Ray White for a very easy and organised long weekend.

We love staying at Casa Billa for our annual Straddie holiday. Perfect location for families.

Casa Billa is fantastic! The location is next to none - only a 3 min walk to the Straddie Hotel and beach. We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) and it was the perfect size. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, undercover parking for 2 cars. The dual living areas are great for the kids to have their own space. The upstairs deck is incredible with views to the ocean and seating for 12 easily. We had visits daily from the kookaburras and kangaroos in the backyard which the kids loved. The kitchen is well equipped and has a BBQ on the deck too which was great. You do need to make your own beds with linen provided and bring your own hand soap, toilet paper etc. We’ll definitely be visiting again! Thanks.

House is spacious and in a quiet location. It was a little annoying having to put all the linen on our beds ourselves (was also short a few clean pillow cases) and having to bring most of the amenities however check-in and out was easy. Nice view out to the ocean as well as some good games to play with the family.

Ray White team very helpful. Great to be able to get the house during schoolies. Ray White staff were very thoughtful to owner which was evident and understandable. House fantastic , a little mix up with linen. Beds were uncomfortable and down stairs drainage requires looking at as blocked and backed up, very slow to drain.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Billa Casa, a relaxed, beach styled house. Large living spaces with wonderful breezes & ceiling fans meant we were always comfortable plus the ocean views from main bedroom, bathroom & balcony were lovely. Close proximity to the iconic Straddie pub (good meals & drinks) plus you can walk to Home Beach or Cylinder Beach. Could do with a few touches like hand soap, extra loo paper & kitchen things like salt & pepper, tomatoe sauce, garlic. The window sills & fly screens in the upstairs bedroom needed a wipe over for dust but otherwise all clean. We would definitely recommend, especially for a large family as lots of living space, beds & a lovely grassy yard & covered downstairs deck plus upstairs ocean view deck

We had a great break - highly recommended

This is a well-located house only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of bedrooms and this house could comfortably fit two families. Upstairs there is a large deck with views to the ocean. There is a queen bedroom and another bedroom with twin single beds. No ensuite to the main bedroom but the bathroom is adequate sized and the toilet is separate. The lounge and dining room are very large with plenty of seating. Downstairs is another queen sized bedroom, bathroom and a bunk room. The bunk room could sleep 4 people. Note that there is no door on this room, rather a half wall that separates it from the second loungeroom. But it would be great for young kids. There's a backyard with lovely grass to play in. The only downside to this place is the size of the kitchen. Considering 10 people could sleep in this house, only 2 people could be in the kitchen at any one time. The pantry door opens onto the only entrance to the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient. But if you spend all your time at the beach, this isn't a big dealbreaker. We would happily stay in this lovely house again.

Fantastic beach house close to both Home Beach and Cylinder Beach. Very spacious, clean with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We loved getting visited by the local widelife - kangaroos, koalas and kookaburras! Everything you need is in walking distance including the Straddie Hotel which is a great spot for a coldie overlooking the magical waters.

Wonderful home to stay in, has everything you need. Super close to beach so perfect for walking there. Wouldn't hesitate renting again.

Wow what an amazing property! My family and I loved our stay. With glorious views and being in close proximity to amenities. We cannot wait to book another stay.

Great house. Great service. We visit about 4 or 5 times a year and now use Ray White North Stradbroke exclusively.

The house was great, it had a real comfy, beach house feel.
