barbeque kitchen and eating area.

There are five fully air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 king and 1 queen
bed . All bedrooms are screened and have ceiling fans.

The main bedroom and ensuite is in luxury resort style with beautiful free
standing bath and rain-shower both with ocean views.

High quality billiard table , dedicated media room with foxtel , fireplace
and bar lead out onto fully fenced pool with heated spa outdoors.

Please note that this house is situated in a quiet part of Point Lookout and
is not suitable for those planning parties or noisy get togethers.
