"4 Billa Street" is just a very short distance away from the Straddie Hotel and an easy walk to Beaches, Cafes, shops and public transport.
The beach view is spectacular from the ground floor living area, patio and upstairs master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 singles. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the lounge and the 2 single beds share the laundry. The queen bedroom downstairs has air conditioning.
FEATURES of the house are: water and beach views, close proximity to shops, beaches and cafes, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, clothes dryer, NBN, 65" smart TV, outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Perfect spot with incredible views and heaps of character. A short walk to the beach or pub. Loved that it had a full kitchen and fire pit. Absolutely love the a frame - we’ll be back!

Our stay at this Straddie house was absolutely fantastic! The location was unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the ocean was a dream come true. The house itself was perfect – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.We loved the outdoor area too, which was ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset BBQ. The proximity to local attractions, shops, and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Straddie house exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back and experience it all over again. Highly recommended!

Our family loved this place. It has such character, an mazing view to wake up to. The fire pit is super handy. Perfect for the island getaway. Although the pub being so close is a little dangerous hahaha

This house is so rad. We loved everything about it, the fire-pit, the view, the Kookaburras and the general quirkiness of the place.Can't wait to come back, although the proximity to the pub is dangerous.
Great house. Everything you need for lazy relaxing days. Great spot, very close to the beach and a good restaurant across the road. The pub does sell all you want but not breakfast.
