Welcome to "My Island Home", a multi level 4 bedroom and office (with single bed) family home in a bush setting in central Point Lookout. With new paint and furniture in September 2022 and set back off the street surrounded by native trees and plants, everything is bright and fresh making for a very comfortable holiday.
Beaches, cafes, shops, hotel and bus stops are all close by, so leaving the car in the tandem carport and walking everywhere is an option.
This property offers a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. There is a top loading washing machine and clothes dryer in the laundry.
The main bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 way family bathroom are all on the entry level. The well planned kitchen, dining and lounge which open onto the BBQ balcony are also on this level. Step out onto the balcony and downstairs, you will find another queen size bedroom. This room has its own balcony Upstairs on a mezzanine floor that looks down into the living room is a single bed and office desk where you can work from home away from the activity downstairs. Also on this floor is a spacious queen bedroom with lounge chairs and TV.
