This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Billa Bungalow is a new to the holiday rental pool (December 2022), 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom tastefully renovated home close to beaches and shops.
The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture and furnishings are all new.
NB the kitchen does not have a conventional oven but an electric 2 burner benchtop hotplate, microwave and portable electric griller.
There is also a 4 burner gas BBQ.
This property has WIFI.

Due to narrow internal doorways, this house is not suitable for wheelchairs or wheely walkers.

Features are: 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2 burner benchtop hotplate, microwave, portable electric griller,
top load washing machine, dryer, WIFI, 1 bathroom (shower/toilet), 4 burner gas BBQ, single carport.
Billa Bungalow is set back off the street and the backyard backs onto bushland.

Linen is supplied and beds are made on arrival for your convenience.

Please return keys to the drop off box outside the Ray White Office on the day of departure.

Strictly No Pets Allowed.

Check in was simple, via a keysafe. The home presented well. There were sufficient appliances & kitchen utensils to prepare meals and a fully equipped laundry with both washer and dryer. The wifi was reliable & the hone has a smart tv. The addition of ceiling fans would be a nice touch, particularly on warm summer nights. Overall the home represents good value for the price.

Had a great stay in the bungalow. Great location, short walk to the hotel and the beach very handy. Street was nice and peaceful. And the place was, as hoped, a low key, no fuss beach house. Would stay again.

Great little house. Location is perfect to walk to all the beaches etc
Great layout and well presented
Didn’t realise no full oven when booked so this was a bit of a challenge with only a tiny bench top style cooker.

Might be hot in summer with no Air Con and only portable fans.

This home was great for our week on Straddie . Just big enough for 2 couples ,and close to all Pt Lookout attractions. Was great to have the carport which housed my boat . Surprisingly the home does not have an oven , but we managed around that.

The place is nice and in a good location only a few minutes drive from centre of Point Lookout.
Note that the light switch in main bedroom is located behind mirror near sliding doors not near entrance, which was wrird and took a while to locate

Great location . Short Walk to Cylinder Beach , celebrations Hotel ( great prawns) . Very neat and clean. Well equipped. Fire pit awesome. Cosy and very quiet. The main double bed is comfortable but could do with renewing as it creaks ominously when you get in the left hand side .

We were all very pleasantly surprised with the Billa accomodation. Didn't need to take anything but our clothes & food. Furniture was comfortable. Was only short walk to the beach &/or drive to shops & other beaches. We had our Mother's...2×90+ yr olds staying with us & wasn't very disability friendly, which was only a small issue, we managed. We will 100% for sure
book the Billa Bungalow again in the future. The only negatives we had we're the following & we say this for future tenants & the Owners, are the following:

* Maybe have the bedroom doors widened for wheelchair/wheelie walker access.

* Some hand rails fixed to the toilet, shower & bathroom area. And a level path from the carport to the front door.

* when possible maybe check the lawns have been mowed & rubbish bins emptied prior to tenants arrival's.

I've only written these issues to advise other Tenants who are elderly or have a disability. And believe in the long run will also benefit the Landlord/s.
Other than this Myself & my Family had a really terrific stay & will recommend the "Billa Bungalow" to our other family & friends
