Nestled in a tranquil bush setting within a peaceful cul-de-sac, this charming low-set holiday home offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. With its prime location just a short stroll away from the Straddie Hotel, Cylinder and Home Beaches, Bobs shop, and public transport, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.
Step inside and discover a delightful haven with two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom boasts two single beds and an additional trundle bed, providing ample space for your family or friends. Fall asleep to the gentle sounds of nature and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to embrace the wonders of Straddie.
In November 2021, we proudly completed the installation of a brand-new kitchen. Prepare delicious meals using the sleek induction cooktop, convenient oven, and clean-up is a breeze with the dishwasher. For your added convenience, a top load washing machine and dryer are provided, ensuring your stay is as effortless as possible.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living area, where you'll find a DVD player and a TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Stay connected with loved ones using the complimentary Wi-Fi, and enjoy your favorite tunes with the CD player and stereo system. With fly screens, gas BBQ, and pedestal fans, your comfort is our priority, and we strive to make your stay a pleasant one.
To make your arrival even more convenient, we provide linen for all beds, and they will be made up prior to your arrival, ensuring a seamless transition into vacation mode.
When it's time to bid farewell to Shardlow, simply return the keys to the drop-off box conveniently located outside the Ray White Office on the day of your departure.

The house is great, with a beautiful outside shower. It is minutes walk to the beach and the nice Beach hotel restaurant with a stunning view. It is great for family with kids as they can run around in the garden which is well shaded.

This house is in a nice area , great location close to the Beach Hotel and easy walk (15 min) to Point Lookout Centre . The house is relatively in shade but ceiling fans only no A/Con . It’s well appointed otherwise, all amenities etc , new kitchen & reasonable sized fridge/freezer .

Great place. Comfortable. Plenty of room. Loved seeing foliage outside every window. Only problem was mould on the ceilings. Would love to return if this was fixed (not just painted over). It’s a health hazard.

A little difficult to acess shower - 3 steps!
I would like to see a vaccum cleaner(Dyson Style) available & a battery air broom/blower as outside dirt easily track inside. A hose would be great to wash down car, could be left in laundry tub for security? Ceiling fans in bedrooms are great,but maybe the lounge area next? TV & free WiFi are good too.

Nice open plan house set in bushland. Very quiet street and close to the local hotel and beach. Good outside sitting area with a bbq. 5 stars for the comfortable mattress in the main bedroom! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for a long stay. Was quite clean which I'm fussy about. Only negative was that there is no soap or soap-on-tap for showers. Apparently you need to bring it but I didnt see that in the email that was sent to me. We complained and were given lots of detergent and soap, but make sure you bring some with you.

We had a lovely stay and the property suits our needs very well. We have a boat which fits nicely in the carport for storage . The property does not have a hose which I new from previous visits so I brought my own (a permanent one would be appreciated).

Lovely garden setting for this relaxed home, well situated to walk to beaches and enjoy everything Point Lookout has to offer. Enjoyed to birds & wildlife including a visit from a kangaroo in the garden. Would definitely stay here again!
